Our traditional eggplant variety is Galine, a fantastic Italian eggplant that produces uniform fruit from early summer well into fall. They are typically average in size, growing from about 6-10" long, and nicely oblong. A sturdy plant that will produce plenty for the family. Space plants 2-3 feet, and support with stakes or tomato cages.
