I'm a unique addition to any garden! My name comes from the fact that chewing my leaves causes your mouth to tingle, and then go a bit numb for a few minutes. My interesting shaped flowers have also earned me the nickname "eyeball plant." I stay pretty low to the ground, but form an attractive clump and add great contrast with my darker foliage and bright flowers.
