Leafy green of rainbow colors. The taste is much like spinach. So many healthy benefits! Swiss chard is high in magnesium, iron, potassium and vitamins A, C and K. We like it sautéed in a little olive oil with garlic and onions. Swiss chard is the workhorse green of the garden, producing throughout the year in all but the hottest heat of late summer and the bitterest cold of winter.
